- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Indian (or some similar international descent) woman I dealt with was quite rude in the strangest ways. Seemingly perturbed by my requests for assistance with my account, she begrudgingly assisted me and seemed only interested in getting the issue away from her as quickly as possible. I work in sales and understand the sometimes unnecessary brow-beatings that those in customer service have to take from those they deal with on a daily basis, and therefore do my best to be courteous to those who work in this type of job. That said, I was quite disappointed and offended by the way the interaction happened. I understand everyone has a bad day and sometimes you do not like the people you encounter, but being so obviously miffed about simple requests--asked in a tone without condescension or negativity--is just plain bad customer service.By Joshua Burke, March 26, 2017
